A story built on trust.
Real estate law, asset valuation and hands-on property management — applied to one thing: where a student is going to live.

Real estate has been my profession for more than 25 years. I hold a Master in real estate law from Paris II Assas and a certification in asset valuation from IE Business School in Madrid, and I work on the operational side every day — leases, valuations, property and asset management.
I am the mother of four children, three of whom have studied abroad. I know what a family goes through in the weeks before a departure: the search, the doubts, the distance, and the relief of knowing your child has landed somewhere good.
Madrid Easy Living started by helping French-speaking families whose children were moving to Madrid. Naturally, recommendations led to helping students from more and more countries.
This is the philosophy behind every project: personal support, trust, and quality before quantity.
Four principles we never trade away.
Discretion
Nothing is published. Addresses, families and personal situations stay within the circle.
Trust
We only recommend what we would recommend to our own family. That limits our volume, and we accept it.
Compatibility
A good match is not the cheapest room. It is the right household, the right rhythm, the right neighbourhood.
Personal support
One person follows your file from the first message to the day the keys change hands.
